I have a 94 rs with a gsr swap....when i first start it up and drive for about 5 mins...the shifting seems fine...but when i drive longer like 10-20 mins, the shifting get's really rough and my clutch pedal also seems to get harder to push as well...does anyone know what the problem could be...bad clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder...etc?

Your engine is dirty, go get it cleaned. and mabey some new oil

Check your clutch fluid. And all of the cylinders there might be a leak. Also you might need to change out your gear synchros that might be going bad but it sounds like one of the cylinders.
