no benifits at all besides looks of stainless. back in the day ceramic headers were quite a bit more expensive. if they still are now just go with stainlessoh. when your stainless header is hot touch it. makes a cool fingerprint in the stainless lol.now scooby you would be correct if that was his question. i'm sure he knows what a ceramic header does for you.... i just had to throw that out there!

ah ceramic coated headers are better. what do you thinks under the ceramic? they coat it for a reason. keeps the hear warm. and the engine bay cooler. the ceramic acts like the heat wrap that people put on there headers. Ceramics the way to go.

i have a ceramic coated 4-1 header, works fine for me, i heard that the ceramic coating can crack after a while and not work as well as it did in the beginning while stainless steel isnt supposed to wear down, ive always just used ceramic because i think it looks better ( i hate alot of flashy shit under my hood) but i guess for most street applications theres no wrong answer here, i think ceramic coated headers are meant for race applications where you need that extra cooling, if your just racing the local drag strip on a weekend or something you should be fine with either, id go with what ever is cheaper
