For pure fun to drive, I would have to say the BMW, unless it is overheating. That isn't any fun. For everything else, I would recommend the Acura. For dependability, luxury, comfort, durability, room, and fuel efficiency, the TL is better. It also doesn't have the horror of runflat tires. You might want to keep in mind that to option a 335i up to an Acura level of equipment, you'll be knocking on the price of an RL with SH-AWD and a 300 hp V6.

I'm the proud owner of an Acura TL that very nearly purchased a 3-series BMW. The fun-factor definitely resides with the BMW but just about every thing that is reasonable and practical screams TL.... and for much less money!
