The MDX's maintenance required light is staying lit up constantly on the dash...(not just blinking when we start th car)We just had the oil changed and is not required to have any additional required maintenance for another 10-15,000 miles. The vehicle only has 20,000 miles on it...how do I reset the light from the oil change?

The people who change the oil are supposed to reset the light.Sometimes they forget.To reset, push the reset button(or odometer button) while the car is off.Hold down the button down and turn the key into the on position. But do not turn the engine on. Only the electricity.Keep holding the button down until the light blinks or disappear. This should not take longer than 10 seconds. If it does take longer, then you cannot reset it manually. If that happens, take it to Autozone. They reset it for free.

The idiot that did the oil change didn't reset the light. Open the glove compartment. Inside you will find a booklet call the "Owners Manual." Inside it you will find instructions on how to reset the light.
