what does a test pipe do??? and will it ruin the nice deep tone on my integra?

test pipes replace catalytic converters and are for off-road use only.It will make the exhaust louder, and may or may not affect the "tone" of it.Test pipes are good for: race cars, failing emissions tests, getting check engine lights to come on, and unwanted legal attention.

If you really want to get stopped by the police and issued a ticket, replace your catalytic converter with a test pipe.

the only way the cops will kno if you changed is if they check under or refer you to the state ref. it replaces the cat. on the exhaust allowing the engine to breathe better and to get better accuracy of how much horse power you really have. i use that when i get my car dyno'd join team-integra.net
