Not much gain because of the catalytic converter restriction.

Lot of info on headers http://cl.acurazine.com/forums/showt...ht=headerPower gains are the same because they are all copies of Comptech headers. I've had the SSAutochrome (XS) headers for 2 years and no problems, just had to buy bigger bolts. $88.00http://ssautochrome.com/level.itml/icOid/1494

As stated, some are knockoffs of the COMPTECH (now CT-Engineering) header. Not sure what the exact gains would be, however, I'm familiar with the COMPTECH headers on the Honda Accord '98 - '02 V6 model. COMPTECH claimed up to 15hp gains. One would anticipate that the 3.2 type S would see that and more. Also, of it's about more than simple peack hp gains, but about how the gains are delivered across the powerband. Unless you plan to race on an oval track, receiving the maximum gains at the mid-range will be of greatest value...that's where your engine works most of the time (during acceleration). And this is most significant too since Honda deploys only 4 speed (then) or 5 speed (now) ATs in their cars. This makes it all the more important when tuning to focus on low-to-mid end torque gains over top end power since the engine spends much of its time running below its peak optimum rpm range.BTW, the COMPTECH (CT Engineering) headers are still available for your car.
