hmm i have never had that problem with my integra with the ac. check your fans outjoin team-integra.net great sight to help kepp your integra runin. join and post im sure some1 can help you out but search the site first they are very strcit on repeating post

It look your electric fan is not working when you turn the ac on.But be sure of that. Check up your fan when ac is off and be sure it work.If it stop when you turn the ac on, then you have a little problem in the electric connection. It's too long here to say how to check it.But if you are in emergency, you can temporarily take the electric connection of the fan somewhere else,with switch on/off inside the car
