What is the difference between the 05 and 06 Acura RSX TYPE S?

There was no change at all within the 2005 and 2006 model years. Honda had decided that they were going to discontinue it by 2005 so making any changes would incur changes in tooling which in turn would incur more costs. And the RSX was not selling that well in 2006 because of the Civic Si.

They are identical. If you're thinking of getting one, get the 05 because the 06 has a lot of problems.
