Duh, DOHC stands for Double Overhead Cam. I think double means 2.

there are 2 but if the cam is for your motor you should only buy 1 set. i havent heard of anyone selling 1 cam for a dual over head cam motor.

Depending on what you are trying to accomplish you have options. Yes- your car has 2 cams, but some people have changed only the intake cam to make a difference- especially when the change is moderate. However, this particularly works better on the VTEC engines. For your car- i would recommend changing the set. Speak to a few people, preferably the engine builder helping you, the company that makes the cam, and maybe an experienced honda tuner to see what has worked for them.
