i am a huge fan with acuras but the acura would beat the caddi off the start but the caddi has long gears and bigger engine so in all the caddi slow on take off because of wieght

Caddy CTS would win you take off and on top. You might get a small jump start, but eventually your Acura would get whipped. Not biased, just stating the facts.
