Default my 99 acura tl alarm keeps going off?

i have changed the battery in the remote & the car battery.how can i just unhook the alarm?which wire & will the lights still be flashing?

my dad's '96 tl's alarm sometimes goes off when he opens the trucnk, or after it has been open for a while. probably one of the sensors is broken.
