Default ignition timing with turbo and NOS???

I have a 94 civic with the GSR swap. it was bored and sleeved, the exhaust is completely hollowed out from the header back. it has light weight pulley and 450cc injectors. zex spark plugs and a 160 degree thermostat. the engine right now is putting out 270 HP with low compression.... this is where i need help... i just got a t3/t4 stage III turbo kit and want to run about 15 PSI when racing and 3-5 when driving to work but i don't know what to do with my ignition timing i also have a ZEX nitrous kit i am going to be running through the intercoler. can someone give me a general rule of thumb for ignition timing with my set up.
