i have an integra LS aoutomatic and i need some help!! i need to beat my dumb cousind in a race!! he has a bmw 323i andwe always race but he always wins me!! but remember his is 6 cylinders and mines only 4 cylinders and he still has trouble taking on me lol... from like 0-45/50 or so where kind of like draw i actually pass him by a little. but then the turning point is once whe hit the aoutomatic third gear he starts passing me little by little and eventually he beats me!! witch is natural cause he has a bigger 6 cylinder engine and mines a little 4 cylinder but like i said he still has trouble with me so i need help..currently my car is bone stock all original with no performance parts at all!! i need someone to tell me what mods can i do to beat him(except turbo cause my automatic transmission cant handle it..only stick shift cars can) so yeah any mods that i can do to finally beat him!! i was thinking a cold air intake etc... please help!!

alrite calros dude, 1st of all your car car is automatic thats the biggest problem with your car. ofcourse ur cousin has a faster car its a 2.8l inline 6 i think. his car has way more torque and hp then your car. even if you did get a intake it wouldnt help you beat him, you need at least a intake, headers, get better spark plugs plus spark plug wires, catback exhaust and then you should be able to take em on, BUT IF I WAS YOU I WOULDNT WASTE MY MONEY ON A AUTO LS INTEG, BUY A STICK

without dropping a new engine in, you're toast. try racing him around curves instead of a straitaway, your chances will improve somewhat better.

honestly chances are will not beat him without a significant amount of work , and i know you said that turbo was out of the question but , sometimes there is no replacement for displacement unless you force feed and engine turbo, nitrous, supercharger . no bolt on in the world is going to give you a victory, what i would do is install an h22a out of a prelude and that would definety guarantee you a win but it is alot of money
