Default Cracked Passenger Side Mirror - 2000 Acura RL?

The passenger side mirror is cracked on my 2000 Acura RL. The mirror housing is fine. The mirror heats and moves fine. I just need to replace the mirror. I have found the mirror on line. How do I actually replace the mirror? I am replacing only the mirror, not the whole mirror housing.

NOTE: Take care not to scratch the mirror housing.1. Pry the mirror holder out from the bottom until youcan see the actuator, then detach the hooks using aflat tip screwdriver.CAUTION: When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with a shop towel to prevent damage.2. Detach the hooks, disconnect the defogger connector(if so equipped), then remove the mirror holderfrom the actuator.3. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
