Default 2000 Acura TL CD Player?

I am trying to put an aftermarket radio into this car and would like the steering wheel controls to still work. Is this possilbe?If yes, what do I need?

If your going to install an aftermarket radio the first thing i would reccomend is not to install it yourself. the wire harness for the radio does have the capability to have the steering wheel settings to work with an aftermarket but it takes a lot of re-wiring.
