Default Will I ever get a feedback from customer service?

Spoke to acura customer service with regard to the issues at the dealership. I vented my frustration with regard to the after sales customer service with the dealer. Before ending the call he said he wont let me know if they got in touch with the dealer. I wont be notified even if they take action. WIth regard to the dealer's unfulfilled promises they said they cant do anything about it. The customer service cautioned me that dealer may give trouble in case if he gets to know that I have launched the complaint. Well I wonder inspite of going through all troubles in buying the vehicle I now have to hear to this kind of comment. I heard you guys saying that Acura takes action, Is this true? Has anybody got a feedback from Acura

yes I actually have...I also managed to get someone fired. (of course he probably had many complaints and I was just the last straw, at least I saved someone else some headache.)I've gotten letters, coupons, dealers calling me back to say there was a complaint and they made it right.I've even got my old car parts back, because I complained. (not that I really wanted them, I wanted to make sure the 'kid' repairing my car was doing it correctly..)

The salesperson I dealt with was very rude. I almost did not buy my acura but the rest of the staff was extremely pleasant. When acura called me and asked about my experience I told them that despite the lousy salesperson I would buy another car from them. When I took my car there for service a few months later the service manager informed me that after mine and a few more complaints they fired this salesperson.I now receive alot of surveys from Acura corporate wanting my thoughts on the dealer, service, etc.

The corporate Acura office takes things seriously. When I had some transmission issues a few years ago they called me constantly about service and my opinion. It got to the point where it was annoying. But they are extremely concerned about customer service. It would not surprise me if you got a response in the future from them.

I had the best answer on the first part of this QYou may need to get a lawyer if you were promised something, then he can deal with Acura. With a company like this, if you make enough noise they will act, as they have a high rep. Call again and again, and tell them to speak with their supervisor

You are better off calling the dealership and speaking with a sales manager. I have purchased two acuras from the same dealership, and my second time around the finance guy screwed me over and was very rude when he was told by management that he was wrong. He ignored me the next time I went in to the dealership and refused to assist me. I called the sales manager and she was very angry with the finance guy and she said she would have a word with him.Dealerships get graded by the customers. The better grade they get, the more commission they get from selling cars. If they want to make money, they will hear your complaint and they will act on it. Here's a tip, lawyers aren't worth the time, money and frustration. And don't try the better business bureau because they will drag it out for months, and eventually close the case with no resolution.
