Default are there any scanners that you can use with out your engine light being on?

how much do they cost? and were can i buy one? it's for a 1990 acura LS 1.8

1) Yes2) Quiet a bit, a decent one close to $1,000 and up.3) Check on line, tons of them for sale.

You would need an OBD-2 Scanner.You can find them anywhere between $100-$1000.
