Water pump failure or the belt is slipping or the radiator needs flushing and check the vents that air is supposed to flow through might be dirty or clogged or bent so air does not flow through.Check the fan too..........

in addition to the water punk issues mentioned you may want to look at issues with valves and cylinders. Or your coolant mixture. if your mixture is off you will not be properly cooling. The last thing is to make sure your fan engages and is properly installed. I have seen people put these on backwards and wonder why they continue to run hot.

Another possibility is the new the thermostat could be binding on something or the worst possible scenerio could be a bad head gasket. Bad head gasket - (1) Pressure in the radiator or bubbling (2) Oil in the radiator (3) Oil dip stick has whitish goo on it

I hate to give you bad news but the acura 3.2 has a head gasket problem it starts to leak on the # 6 cylinder A ez way to check it is go to the blead bolt open it up turn the moter on If it squirts and stops squrits and stops Its the head gaskets A lot of time you can smell the coolent burning If you deside to repair the moter be sure to check the cam postion sencer if it looks melted change it. its behind the driverside cam pulley
