an Acura dealer? Will a Honda dealer service an Acura AS AN ACURA DEALER WOULD, even though, they're not an Acura dealer? I'm just wondering because they're the same company and vehicles are based off of one another, would a Honda service center have parts for Acuras or have Acura trained technicians?

They should be closely related its possible if repairs are needed that they will need to buy the parts from the Acura dealer but they might make you go to Acura unless the service writer is you friend or something

yeah they do the same work and just as good, Honda and Acura are all trained the same and most if not all are ASE certified

yes they will. my brother just got his steering column fix at a honda dealer. he has a 2000 acura integra gsr.

Yes they will considering that Honda owns Acura just as Toyota will repair lexus because they buld them.

Ask the dealer and see what their policy is. Normally they will for routine service. Of course they are not going to do any type of warranty work. For that you would have to go to an Acura dealer. I own an Acura TL and use a Honda dealer for my service!

I own a 06 acura-when I take it to the acura dealer for service-I go to the acura side but then they take it to a building in the back where they service it. They have a honda dealer next to them and they do the same thing. Therefore this dealer services both cars using the same techs.
