Default What Function This Particular Swith / Button Means?

What is the function of the buttons as below on Acura Vigor:? 1. The one just beside the Fog Lamp Button2. The one on the left side of the steering that looks like a funnel or a upside down piramid

Is on the Owner's Manual my friend.The one on the steering I am assuming is the up / down volume control. the other? I do not know, as a guess is the dashboard dimmer.
