Default Integra electrical problem

So i have an '88 Integra and just recently my lights have started acting up. When i put my ken in and turn it to the 3rd setting my lights just flip up and turn on. Even if they arn't switched on or switched up.

If i turn them on and then off again they just stay on for maybe 30 seconds, and then flicker and turn off. After driving for a while they turn on and off normaly.

When the car is off the lights turn off and flip down. With no key in the ignition i can press my lights button and they flip up and down as normal and the lights will turn on, but when i go to turn the lights off again they stay on for maybe 20 seconds, flicker and turn off.
