Very expensive, consider trade or salvage yard to get a working tranny and a quick vehicle sale. Acura does not have strong trannnies, sorry but that is the sad true.

I just rebuilt the auto trans in my 2003 TL-S for $2600 incl. tax at an independent shop. 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty. Dealership wanted $3750 plus tax.
