Default Do you think this is legit?? or does it work?? please help? that link out and please tell me if you think its worth the time and money or am i getting my hopes up and that doesnt work. please has anyone ever had one or heard if they really work or are they Bull spit!

Yes, they are legit items. Cars are computer controlled, and this chip changes the settings, and can boost performance a bit.Good Luck.

Don't do it!!! have a dealer pimp out your chip and/or a sport racing shop! it may cost more but you will get way more HP out of it!

Hmmm ... ecu's are pretty expensive ... especially Spoon one's. Usually they are around $1,500.You could find people in your area who can reprogram your computer to advance/retart the timing a bit. That usually runs for $75-$100.I highly doubt that this is legit. Spoon doesn't sell anything this cheap. This chip may work ... but it wouldn't be an authorized Spoon product that is endorsed or warrantied by Spoon in any way.In anycase, it's $13 plus $8 shipping. You can give it a try ... afterall, it's only $21dollars for a gamble.However ... to really know whether this product works or not, you'll have to do a before & after dyno.The dyno runs will cost you a few hundred dollars anyways. So ... to me, this would be a waste of your time if not money.

its on ebay. join a forum for your car and ask them questions about getting a new ecu
