if it is a b series motor it will fit . the trans will bolt right on, but then you did not state if it is a auto or 5 speed either way it will bolt right up. all B series part fit on to B series, b16, b17, b18, b20. i have a 91 teg with a 99 b16a,

It will, if its the same transmission. Also, RS and LS trannys will fit the motor also. As long as it's a B series motor, i will fit. People also use the B16 tranny, or the B series tranny on an h22. H2B swap. But yes, the 92 tranny will fit, as long as it's a manual (If you have a manual), or an auto (if you have an auto), and from the RS or LS. Not sure about the GS-R
