Default Is it possible to patch up the Injen windshield fluid tank if it's leaking?

I should have clarified this. It was the washer bottle that came with the cold air intake. In general, is it possible to patch up the hole? Would jb weld work? Thanks.

Auto parts stores make a special sealent like JB weld, but it is for plastic. I believe it is made by Permatex.
