Just a little too general for an answer of any meaning. I am assuming that you are referring to the Nissan/Datsun B18 engine of the seventies. If so, start by removing the cylinder head and oil pan. The manifolds and valve train/timing chain should already be removed. After you are down to the short block, remove the rod caps and remove the pistons through the cylinder bore. Then remove the main bearing caps and remove the crank shaft.

i am going to assume you mean the b18 from an acura car, meaning the classic Acure Integra. most engine assemblies are similar so what that guy said prob works. but... u would in a nutshell remove valve cover, head from block, cams valves retainers are in the head, they can be removed from the head. from the block you can remove the crank from the bottom and with that will come the rods and pistons. of course it is a little more complicated than that but thats the basics.

yes, what these guys said is right. you have to disassemble the head partially also. you must pull the cams, and bearings out to get to the head bolts, remember to put it back exactly the way you found it. then the block, there are several ways to tackle that, but the easiest is with the engine out of the car. pull the oil pan off, and go to town! also, try to find a helms manual, they are the most accurate.
