Default Is This Car Reliable For Winter?

I am planning to buy a 1998 Acura Integra. I live in Canada and was wondering if this is good for the winter season. Also, which one is better the LS, GS or GSR? Also, I'm 6' 2" so is there enough room in the front for my body type? For the '98 version what's the retail price? Thanks everybody... The guy called "you all suck" what's the problem? What's your opinion, I'm paying attention. Say anything...Thanks everybody I will take your comments seriously... When I get that Acura, it's going to be a nice one.

They are front-wheel drive so it shouldn't be too bad in the winter. A GSR is the best. My roommate is about 6'4'' and he had one of these so you should be fine.

Should be a great car for winter, but I'd stick to the LS or GS models - the slightly softer suspension will give you better traction in slippery conditions (the firm suspension found on sports models is for stabillity in dry conditions - at the cost of some traction.) Also, a little more clearance underneath, along with slightly skinnier tyres, will also help in the snow (ever see how skinny rally tyres are when racing in snow?)Good luck!

These are great, indestructible cars. My bro is 6'2" and has no problem with the room in his car. My dad had one up in BC, ran great in the snow. Front-wheel drive works great. I personally would choose the GSR, if I could find one (but the performance is better on the '94 than later years.)KBB.com will give you prices purchasing a used car.

yes the integra is a good winter car as well as all the other seasons lolcar is small and your tall so youll want the 4door version to get a little more head room get a GS-R if possible, but if its just gonna be a winter car go with the LS,

I would not buy any of those overpriced Hondas. Is your money any of them will crash on the snow like any other.

They are all reliable and front drive is excellent for winter. The GS-R has more power and options. The LS and GS are similar (non v-tech) with the GS being a little more upscale.I believe only the LS comes in 4 door and there aren't that many out there. I'm 6'2" 210lbs and I drove an LS 2dr just fine.
