5w30 is good. 0w40 Mobil 1 is better for newer car.( faster rev up ) but may cause premature wear over a long period of time.( long period = 10 years)For tran fluid, Honda tran fluid is good enough. Redline is recommended by some but Honda is safer.

It all depends on how many miles you have on the car. And when you pop the hood you wanna look for the oil cap and on it its should say the oil weight. If your car is under 50,000 miles then use what it says on the cap if its over that then use the next weight. and as for the trani use the honda brand and im not too sure about the weight# but go to any auto shop and tell them what kinda car you have and they will let you know
