Default 2005 Acura TSX makes a ouuuuuuuu sound?
Everytime I slow down or stop my car makes a medium to high pitched ouuuuuu sound that lasts about a second or two. It does not matter if I am slowing down or stopped. It happens when I am driving or when I am braking. The car otherwise runs fine. It has about 55,000 miles and it is properly serviced.

it could be your breaks take it to your near Honda dealer for inspection.

It's the wear indicator on one or more of your disc brakes. Get the brake pads replaced ASAP.
