ok here are a few but each has its own thing....1st greddy exhaust passes emissions...but it doesn't sound as loud as most would wish it to. next is apex world sport exhaust ws1 or ws2..low sound exhaust which gives great sound when hitting v tek note but on low rpms its silent..pricey but good also... the magnaflow is nice however its louder than the ones i just mentioned..also a bit pricey but its good...skunk 2 is great all around but also very loud so i guess it depends what you want and i recomment any tuner or person not looking to get to much attention from cops or others the worls sport from apexi. looks almost stock quiet and you get great power out of it....good luck making your choice average prices for full exhaust systems cat back start from 350 bucks up to about 700 bucks..so if you got a budget do your reasearch..sites like honda tech and acura forums can help alot.

ANY cat. back system will pass smog. ANYTHING after the cat. is not a smog device. You will only have to pass a Decibel check which varies from state to state if you are ever pulled over. In California it is 95 db.

because catbacks don't affect the cat or emissions hardware like o2 sensors they are all carb legal. Header wise if you live in a state that does not require the primary fast lite cat then find a header with longer primaries that are going to delete the first cat. Otherwise with any other headers you are not going to make any significant gain in power due to the fact that the headers are too short to ultilize harmonics and create good scavaging properties.
