My lease is up in a few months on my Tl - I love it, its my second, but I am haing difficulty justifying the extra expense, given how much they have packed into the new Accord.I did that - but it just doesn't seem right that they letthe Accord offer all the same stuff for less money

You honestly would be a fool to get another TL right now.Next year they are going to bring out a new one based on the Accord. So to get one now is to get a car that is going to look really dated really quickly.On the other hand you can get a fully loaded Honda Accord with everything on it for a couple of grand less and it even has more horse power. It's a no brainer.Although, as a former TL owner, I can tell you that the real answer is to get a BMW. I think mine is three times better than my '05 TL. And I was a huge Japanese car fan.

I am in the same boat with my 05' TL. If I were buying a new car right now, I would by the 08' Honda V6 Coupe or Sedan.Both cars have close specifications, if you still want sportier handling sedan wise a TL or TL-S would be the choice.

Just have a little patience, the new TL will be coming out then you can compare the two and make a rational decision. Don't listen to the jokers who say the answer is to buy a BMW or that the Accord is the same as a TL. While the Accord and TL share the same platform they are different cars.As for a BMW being better it really depends on what factors that OPINION is based on, factors aren't weighted the same for all buyers. The best car is what provides the most key things that a particular buyer wants/needs. For one to say get a BMW or whatever other brand because it's better without knowing the buyers needs demonstrates ignorance and insensitivity to the buyers best interest.

acura styling is far superior to any honda accord on the road, no matter what year. I will always buy acura over a honda no matter what. It is also convenient that you don't have to buy all these extraneous packages to get things like cd players, sun roof, etc. it just comes with it.i think the new accord looks very old...like something a 65 year old person would drive. acuras are very sleek and sporty.
