a 210hp rsx will not beat a 300hp mustang gt in a drag race unless the mustang gt driver is asleep at the stop light

Any car can beat any car given enough mods, money, and motivation on the owners part. I've seen K-cars and school buses on YouTube that could smoke both of these cars in their stock form.Decide what car you like and make it fast. If you want the most bang for the buck, go for the Mustang.

Well, it depends upon what you mean by beat? If you are referring to off-the line acceleration, the Mustang GT can manage a little under 5 seconds in the hands of a skilled driver, while the RSX is closer to 6 seconds. Cornering, I am not sure. The RSX is pretty nimble and does not have to lug a V-8 around in its nose, but I can find no available statistics on lateral G-forces for the two cars.

In a drag race, the Mustang. On a race track? It would depend. The RSX handles and brakes better, but it doesn't have the same power. So if it was a smaller course with alot of turns, the RSX might win. On a bigger course with some decent straights and sweeping corners, the Mustang would probably win.

It depends on the year of mustang. The 90's mustangs gt's were turds that would dyno around 160-180hp.

If you are asking off the line then no just because it has a bigger engine. also it depends on If you are asking about a base RSX. then hell no. lolbut also it depends on the year the new mustangs are fast the older ones are not that fast. but the rsx will keep up with a older mustang like the 2000 body style but not win. that is if you are asking stock engines on both. The engine on an rsx is way to small to beat a mustang gt.the only way it will beat a stock mustang gt is if you mod the engine like crazy.
