Well sir what year mustang get and what type of RSX is it a RSX type S then maybe if not no. 5.0's mid 14's 1994-2003 are mid 14's stock new GT's high 13's, ask for spots you going need it like 15 car lengths or 10 and the hit. If you dont understand what I am saying it street racing talk, the hit is you leave first and he waits 4-5secs before he leaves. If he is running a slick or Drag radial and preps the street your done

no i like imports and truth be told all factory specs are not the truth. so unless its a hooked up rsx it gets beat.

Depends, how many stickers are on the RSX? Does the GT driver have a mullet?

well my friends modified 90 Integra can got toe to toe with both the rsx and the stange so by comparison the stange would win in a strait line but not buy much only about half a car or so, but in a curvy sorta race the lighter weight rsx would womp

there might be a chance but mustang has gt so it means the motor is a lot more equipped with horse power than the acura, and since acura is japanese made it usually doesn' t have the bells and whistles like mustangs to get a lot of attention since american cars have to be the bigger better car

I am not a fan of Mustangs but I doubt a front wheel drive, 4 cylinder car could beat a any Mustang even on a track. Front wheel drive cars are horrible performers, always. I've never understood why someone would waste their time "improving" a car like a Civic based on such a horrible drive platform.

Maybe if u instal real good upgrades like new transmission bigger turbo stronger torque rods, intakes, cams

On the track, the RSX would probably win. On a drag strip or highway with no turns, the Mustang would win.Both cars have the same top speed of 142mph.The RSX is light and agile. Its handling is much better than the heavy, non-aerodynamic Mustang GT. Thats why it would win on a track.
