Okay, assuming you were topped off with the correct amount of oil. It could be that they did not reset the oil reminder that lets you know when to change it. You could be losing oil pressure because the filter is not seated tightly enough. Other than that, it could have come on from a number of reasons unrelated to your oil change. Autozone will read the code for you. Then, you have an idea, feel free to let me know what you have found, I can direct you to possible solutions at that time. CEL's have numerous triggers as you know.
