about 6-8 hours of labor and is also recommended u do your water pump drive belt,spark plugs and maybe a valve adjust. i say close to 1thousand. but this is one of the most expensive services and it is recommended to be done before it breaks and can cause engine damage so dont wait to long.acura tech

more like $1500 (26 yr Honda/Acura owner)most shops charge $45 dollars an hr labor.

definitely change the water pump and other belts at this time. independent mechanic will charge about 600-700, dealer about 1000. at least if you do it at the dealer, they'll give you a free rental car
