about 6-8 hours of labor and is also recommended u do your water pump drive belt,spark plugs and maybe a valve adjust. i say close to 1thousand. but this is one of the most expensive services and it is recommended to be done before it breaks and can cause engine damage so dont wait to long.acura tech
