I already have an AEM intake.

For a base i do not know. if it is anything like the type S. Intake manifold.ask athttp://clubrsx.com

Reflash the ECU. It will cost you around $500 and get you 15-20 HP and that much more torque.

Get rid of it, you can get anything else faster for less than that over priced Civic.

well to be honest sir your motor isnt anything to be proud of, with 160hp this k20 motor isnt the best of the k20's. I suggest to save up and get a tsx motor K24 with 200whp possiable and trq to boot you should increase your power alot more then ecu, bolt-ons and even some superchargers and turbos. k20a.org
