Default RSX Owners - Too sporty for first-time, nervous, female driver??

Do you think certain things about the RSX (base not Type S) are too sporty for a nervous still-learning driver?? I LOVE the RSX but I dunno if I can handle it..

It's a beautiful car. Perfect for beautiful women. You have nothing to be nervous about. Take care of it and it will love you back.

don't be nervous buy it or even better take it for test drive and you will see how smooth it ride and you'll also feel it power. so get the manual or if you can't drive a manual get the automatic it is still better. believe me when you buy it your nerve will go away.

LOL, the RSX only has 190hp (at the wheels) and most of the torque is on the top of the tach, don't worry about it! I put my sister into a RSX-S with some modifications and she is fine and loves it! She's actually doing a little SCCA parking lot racing now! The RSX is a fine car for a first car, it will be near impossible for it to "get away from you" like a high horse power rear wheel drive sports car could. Enjoy.

If you're a careful driver, you should have no problem with it. Enjoy it. Once you're behind the wheel it doesn't feel too sporty.

The RSX is really not that fast. As others have said, you need to really give it some revs to get to most of the power anyway. So it is the kind of car that should be reliable, well put together, and unless you drive like a moron, should be completely safe. I think you'll be fine.
