timing belt was done last week and customer is now complaining that the car takes to long for it to start. car is hard to start when u let it sit for about 10 min or longer it cranks good and takes about 5-7 sec to start up but if u start it everythime after that time it starts right up.any ideas???? i checked the fuel,fuel pressure,timing is not off..

you frist need to check the whole eletric system for any shorts, then check the battery if its low in volts if it is then your not getting enough power to start the car. Car battery needs to mark 12.4volts and just in case the battery is low test the alternator to make sure that it is producing enough juice to charge the battery and if its all good then its your starter motor flat out
