I would not suggest it. The automatic transmission is not meant to handle that much power, and could wear out or break a lot faster. The LS model does not have a vtec engine, so my suggestion for some added power, is to swap to a B16 or B18 engine which has the vtec, along with a 5 speed manual transmission so you can take advantage and get the full effect of the vtec, and the ultra high revving of thte integra's motor. This will not give you as much of a gain as if you bolted on a turbo to your current engine, but it would ensure that your engine/tranny would hold up over time, and it is also a fairly easy mod becuase lots of JDM engines are available at decent prices.Also, with this engine and a manual tranny, you basically have a clean pallet for any other modifications you can think of, including a turbocharger.Good Luck!

i wouldn't recommend boosting an automatic. but your motor is better for boosting than a stock b16, also known as the torqless monster. the ls stock internals are forged, therefore, being able to hold well over 500 hp. the week point is your rod bolts, and wrist pins. my suggestion is to swap to a manual, and then boost it up. as for a vtec swap, it can get costly, and if you do decide to, why put a b16-civic motor, and smaller, when you could put a b18c-integra motor in it. if you go, go bigger, and better, not smaller. the stock motor in your car is good for about 130 hp. put 10psi to that, and some bolt ons, you can easily get to 200+.
