YES YOU CAN USE REGULAR,BUT I WOULD NOT.ACCURA RECOMMENDS PREMIUM,BUT MOST PEOPLE DO NOT USE IT BECAUSE OF COST.ASK DEALER WHAT THEY WOULD USE,BET THEY TELL YA PREMIUM.USING LOWER THAN RECOMMENDED OCTANE WILL RUIN THE VALVES EVENTUALLY.SO IF YOU DON'T CARE HOW LONG THE CAR RUNS.....USE THE CHEAP STUFF.BUT THAT WOULD NOT BE SMART...........GUY.

gs-r or type r you definately need premium. If it is ls, rs, or gs need you only use regular. you will get no added benifits whatsoever. Trust me on this.

it depends on the model. If you own a gsr then it should be premium. But if you own a LS or RS then it should be regular

The people who say premium are sh*theads..no offense. Follow what the manual says. Also, if you own an RS, LS or GS model integra, you'll need regular gas. If you own a GS-R or Type-R..then youll need premium.

it will usually say on the inside of the gas door what is recommended (try to follow the recommendation as often as possible but you can get away with using a higher or lower grade from time to time but doing so all the time can shorten the life of your engine, and that goes for both higher and lower grade)... most Honda motors like 90 octane due to the compression and redline
