Any Transmission problems on 2004 TL????

Should not have any problems. Also if you buy a certified one from Acura dealership, you'll have total 100k miles Powertrain warranty, which covers transmission.

only on the 2002-2003

The recall includes 5speed auto trans TL 2000-2004.Go to https://www.ahm-ownerlink.com/login.asp?brand=acura and sign up to the Acura owners link. With the vin, it'll tell you if your car is affected. or ask the dealer.

TL's are so tight. You get the reliability of Honda without their toy-car looks. Uh! So jealous!!! I have a Acura RSX...Acuras are bulletproof. You should get the TL Type-S though. They are so nasty! Oh and that tranny should be all go!

I have 92,000 miles on my '04 TL with no problems!
