Ok here is the deal I took the car in to have some work done to the only mech that has ever worked on my Hondas or Acuras he does a great job. I had a vibration in the timing belt that does not effect performance at all just hear it and feel it when I rev. we replaced the timing belt the water pump the belt tensioner. The vibration is still there and I’m stumped. The car still drives perfect but this is driving me crazy. Please check this out and give me any ideas. None of the pulleys seem to be bent at all. all

I own a shop, and have seen this before. What was doing it on this one was the harmonic balancer was missing a chunk out of it, or it was coming apart, I don't really remember, but it did have to have a new one, and the vibration went away. One way to tell is to run the engine with the belts off, and this way you will know for sure, and its something wrong with the accessories. You can turn them by hand, listen to them, and see if there is anything locking up, or anything like that. If you can't find it, then suspect the engine is missing on one of the cylinders, as this is a common problem with many vehicles. On a small engine, a miss will viberate the whole vehicle, where as on a big engine you couldn't tell it was there. When you crack the throttle on the engine look to see if the crankshaft is moving in & out an excessive amount, as the bearings can get worn causing this even though the engine runs perfect. The end play on the crank may get too much, and cause a bind with the connecting rods, thus it will viberate, but not knock. Outside of this, I can't think of anything else it could be unless the torque converter is loose where it bolts to the flex plate.Part 2:Yes I realize he is talking about the timing belt, I didn't fall off the turnip truck! Read the question, and he states they changed the timing belt, tensioner, and water pump, so common sense tells you it's not the timing belt doing it. I'll try not to be petty here (as the answer below me), but start looking at the big picture, and you will find the problem. I didn't get where I'm at by not being qualified to do so. If you will do as I say, you will find the problem by process of elimination.Glad to help out, Good Luck!!!

He is talking about the timing belt vibrating and not the accessory belt. To me from the video it seems that there is not enough tension on the belt. Or you could be one tooth over on from the exhaust gear and the crank gear side.
