Default I can't shift out of park after I start my 95 Acura Legend. I have to start it in Neutral, then...
...shift to drive My taillights dont work either, so I think its the BOO switch. Anyone know where exactly it is on a 95 Acura Legend and how to check/change it ??

First of all whats so bad about starting it in neutral? And also the tailight problem is probley a fuse. There not even a dollar to buy and the fusebox can be located by looking in a the manual or searching under the hood.

Check your fuses. The transmission problem might have something to do with the VSS (vehicle speed sensor).
