when i brought my car to the shop to tint my back windows. the guy said in order for him to tint the back window (not rear sides) he said he have to put a border over the dots on top so the tint won't look funny, is this true? he said it will cost more also. please help! thanks

yes it will look funny if you tint the dots but you can always tint them iff you want but if u decide that it doesnt look good and want to remove it the dots will come off alsohttp://www.team-integra.net/sections...icleID=534join team-integra.net

no just tint over it, it will look really stupid if you don't. Tell the guy tinting not to be lazy and try getting out of the harder stuff. Tell them you'll go somewhere else. I got a flawless job, everything tinted for about 180 and a three year warranty. Look at the post above it is clearly better to tint over the dots. To tell you the truth, i think you should take your bussiness elsewhere. They sound like aholes. There are plenty of places to get your windows done. I called and went to a few places before i finally decided.

It would look really stupid if you tint the dots. People wh owns Honda's usually ask, should I tint or not to tint the dots? But really, i agree with the guy above me. He just wants to get out of the harder stuff. If he refueses to do what you say, tell him you'll take your window needs elsewhere. I say either remove the dots or tint over it. just has him not to tint the dots, that's what is on mine and it looks fine.
