I have a dilemma- I have currently a 92 acura legend with 157,000 on it, runs perfect, nothing wrong with it (other than rust). I also have a 99 Accord lx, 4cyl with a 5 spd manual tranny, with 167,000 on it, nothing wrong with it, either. I need to get rid of one of them, I like the acura more (has alot more power) it has a little less miles and major maintance has already been done (timing belt), but its much older. I tend to think because the accord is much newer it'll last longer, but maybe I'm wrong. I can't buy another car, I must keep one of these two. Which one should I keep?

Unless you've replaced the Head gasket on the Legend as well, your gonna want to keep the Accord. The Legend is nicer, but the legend also has an inerrant engine design flaw which causes the head gasket to fail, most of the time around 135-155k miles. You can risk it if you want, but if it does go the cost to repair is at least $800 even if you do it yourself.
