Honda makes Acura. Acura is bacisilly a higher, more luxorious division of Honda. Also, if you check there motors, there all the same. In North America, we have Acura. In the rest of the word they only have Honda.So for example: An Acura Integra is really a Honda Integra. An Acura TSX is a Honda Accord Euro. Acura RSX-S is a Honda Integra Type-r etc. Same with Nissan. Nissan makes Infiniti. Toyota makes Lexus. BMW makes Rolls Royce and Mini.Hopes this helps.

Honda is who is the maker of Acura. Acura is the sister company of Honda that is known more for it's luxury cars. I have a 1999 Acura Integra and if you look at the motors of the Acuras it has Honda motors inside them. Just like how Lexus and Scion is Toyotas sister company.
