This is custom work dude. Your intercooler needs to be positioned between the compressor outlet and the throttle body. You're going to have to wiggle it around and find a spot where it can get both good airflow, as well as convenient placement for your intercooler pipes. Once you've found a spot, you'll probably have to fabricate some mounts (or weld new tabs to the intercooler end tanks). Then you'll have to fabricate your intercooler pipes. You can weld pipe segments and elbows, get the whole thing mandrel bent or use silicon couplers and clamps with pipe segements. Make sure your charge pipe to the throttle body has a BOV flange on it too.

It would be cheaper to just buy one that actually fits your car. You can find them with the proper mounts and piping for around $200. If you tried to put this intercooler in you wold spend upwards of AT LEAST $500 just for cutom fabrication work to allow for the fitment. Also are you getting a Name brand turbo or are you trying to piece together some no name junk? Trust me if you want a reliable turbo setup YOU HAVE TO SPEND MONEY! If you spend under $800 for the turbo by itself you will be buying JUNK. There are TONS of kits available for your car that have everthing you need for the install in the neighborhood of $2,500-$3,500. It might seem like a lot at first but when you break down everyday and you car drives like poop because of the jerry-rig setup you will likley spend 3 times as much in the long run. Also without internal work you can only boost a MAXIMUM of 8 lbs. PLEASE make sure you know what you are doing.

bravo, junkyards go along way. especially an intercooler, it has no moving parts how is something gonna go wrong with it. If you have the tools to custom fabricate, then i say more power to your, and more money to your wallet. If you don't have the tools then buy one that fits your car. But junkyard builing is the best despite what some people say(cough hondab16 guy) the only thing you can't save on is tuning. Proper tuning is essential so things don't go boom.

I don't recommend doing this unless you're installing the same turbo off the SRT-4 (which happens to be made by mitsubishi). I think the intercooler is mitsubishi too but don't quote me on that. Now, as I was saying, I'd go with parts that are specifically for YOUR acura. Mixing parts like that if you don't know what you're doing will almost certainly ruin your engine. Your car can only handle 7-8lbs of boost. Most turbo boost way more than that, so I really hope you're changing heads, cams, valves, pistons, connecting rods, and tuning the engine for proper compression. Also, be sure to switch over to premium gas. Good luck!
