as long as the maintenance is kept up there should be no problem. i would make sure the suspension parts are in good working order. i would go over the engine with a fine tooth comb. change all the fluids(power steering oil coolant brake fluid) Royal Purple makes some great fluids. i would also check the vacuum hoses and all the seals. as long as all those are good improve away, there are many parts you can buy from simple intakes and exhausts to internals and ECU upgrades. in my opinion any Honda is worth it

If you think it is going to look nice then do it... Milege are nothing for honda and acura, their cars run for ever, just keep your regular oil changes done...and stuff.
