What products can increase the performance of Honda K20A engine? Hopefully, the products don't need high expenditure/mantainance and can increase the engine above 280 horsepower & more torque.

first try basic bolt ons h/i/e. then may wanna look into turbo just dont over boost on stock internals

intake, turbo. supercharger. blowoff valve. intercooler. carbon fiber some stuff to take off weight.

To increase it by 60hp and more then 130 torque it's going to take a lot of money.

you have to get some modification but you need money to do it..

Where do we begin ... If performance is what you are after ... there's lots to consider but there are some that are a better value than others. Here's my 2 cents worth:Air Flow:- cold air intake ($)- header ($$)- exhaust (cat back) ($$)- port & polish the head ($$$)- intake manifold ($)- individual throttle body ($$$$$)Suspension:- full coilovers ($$$$)- rear sway bar ($)Brakes:- big brake swap ($$$$$)Force Induction:- supercharger ($$$$$)- turbo ($$$$$)Engine:- cams ($$)- bore ($$$$)- nitrous ($$)The cheapest way to gain horsepower is nitrous, its cheap and you only use it when you need it. There's minimal downside and will not affect gas mileage. Turbo and superchargers will cost you at the pump.If you are intending to make the car go fast on street, I would do most of the supension and air flow upgrades (except for ITB). Then put a bit of money into a nitrous system and call it a day. With this type of set up, you'll keep lots of money in your pocket and can go moderately fast without having to pay through the nose at the pump.Brake upgrades are expensive and there really isn't a half way approach to it. You either leave it alone or go all out with a big brake kit. Anything in between wouldn't make that much of a difference IMO.Good luck.
