Not much, LS engines suck. Plus if you have an auto you might as well forget about it, unless you just want to listen to the change in sound. Seriously you wont even come close to a 10-15whp gain with just and intake and a cat back. JOIN TEAM-INTEGRA.NET and you will find all your answers there.
